Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement aims to stipulate the terms and conditions and procedures of all services (hereinafter referred to as "servi ces") provided by the Korea Smart Grid Association website, the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters of members and the National Spatial Information Portal.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

1. If the user agrees to the terms and conditions of the Korea Smart Grid Association, these terms and conditions will be ap plied preferentially to the service provision of the Korea Smart Grid Association and the member's use of the service.
2. When revising the terms and conditions, the Korea Smart Grid Association will notify the initial page of the Korea Smart Grid Association along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before to the day before the application. Howev er, if the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the member, we notify you with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, the Korea Smart Grid Association clearly compares the contents before and after the revision to make it easier for members to know.
3. The changed terms and conditions will be announced on the website of the Korea Smart Grid Association or notified to members through e-mail, and will take effect from the date specified in the supplementary provisions of the terms and conditions. If a member disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, the member may cancel (withdraw) his/her membership registration, and if the service continues to be used without expressing rejection within seven days of the e ffective date of the changed terms and conditions, it will be considered consent.

Article 3 (Non-Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Information and Communication Ethics Committee Deliberation Regulations, the I nformation and Communication Ethics Code, the Program Protection Act, and other relevant laws.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows. 1. User: Person who receives services provided by the National Spatial Information Portal in accordance with these term s and conditions. 2. Subscription: The act of filling out the relevant information on the application form provided by the National Spatial In formation Portal and completing the service use contract by agreeing to these terms and conditions 3. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the National Spatial Informat ion Portal and can use the services provided by the National Spatial Information Portal. 4. Account (ID): A combination of letters and numbers selected by members and given by the National Spatial Informatio n Portal for the identification of members and the use of members' services. 5. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member himself/herself to ensure that the member a nd the account match and to protect their own confidentiality in communication. 6. Withdrawal: The act of terminating the contract of use by a member. 7. Terms not defined in these terms and conditions are defined in separate terms and conditions and usage regulations f or individual services.
